  • Activities cannot be cancelled except in the event of thunderstorms or severe weather that prevents the activity from taking place.
  • To postpone the activity for other reasons, at least 24 hours’ notice must be given.
  • In the case of absences that are not justified in a timely manner, the activity will be considered to have taken place and the booking will be forfeited.
